I'm pretty basic with it, but I love it. I make myself a jar of dressing that is 1/3 olive oil, 1/3 water, 1/3 apple cider vinegar. I put it some onion and garlic powder. I know that a tablespoon of this dressing gives me 1 tsp of oil. It coats lightly but really nicely. I also put a whack of salt on my salad to get in some of my salt serving. Tastes pretty yummy to me.

I made all of our salad dressings before IP so I still do that. I just take a recipe and make it IP friendly, with splenda or walden farms products. They taste much better than the WF ones, and it alot cheaper! I don`t like just olive oil and lemon juice on my salads, but some do. The wf products I use are the mayo and bbq sauce, in place of ketchup in thousand island and some other of my recipes.
