Unhappy Very sad day today "not weight loss related"
I don't know how many of you have seen this on the news today. I live in Lemoore,Ca.. Sadly today we lost two pilots in a crash out here :'( during a training measure.. Prayers and positive thoughts would be greatly appreciated for their families and loved ones. When you are military everyone is your familiy because you are all doing the same thing. Protecting your country. So please if you are religious prayers are more than welcome, and if not positive thoughts are always welcomed too...
