Default Mi0...great replacement for Crystal Light

I was a camel in my last life, and have to force myself to drink liquids. Even delicious calorically heavy liquids, lol. I absolutely cannot choke down plain water, no matter how hard I try. Diet soda makes me bloaty, so I avoid it for the most part. About the only way I can get myself to drink anything is with Crystal Light. Crystal Light is great and all, but I've been getting tired of it.

Mi0 is a new product (just came out this month) that is 0 calories/serving. Basically you squirt however much you want of it in your water bottle/glass. And the flavor goes a long way, so you only need a few drops. I made the mistake of adding WAY too much my first bottle, haha.

I bought two different flavors. Strawberry watermelon and sweet tea. I haven't tried the sweet tea yet, but the strawberry watermelon was pretty dang good. I absolutely prefer it over Crystal Light.

Anyways...thought I'd spread the word

Here's the website with all the flavors on it --> http://www.kraftbrands.com/mio/

mkendrick, thanks for the post about Mi0! I was just reading PHAT's thread on water replacements, and several people commented on Mi0 but I wasn't sure what it was. I am definitely going to check it out.

Also, I'm happy to see a post from you! I have been thinking about you and hope you're doing well.

I'm in LOVE with Mio. I received a sample bottle as a Facebook freebie a few weeks back, and I've been hooked ever since. It's pretty cool watching it float down in the water bottle, too

Is it in the same section of the grocery store as Crystal Light?

Glad to hear you found a new calorie counting "helper". I drink water like a fish so it's not something I'd be looking for...But...

I'll have to try it. I have been drinking more plain water, but I always like having something to sip on, and I prefer a little flavor.

I saw this at walmart and considered getting it but it seemed expensive for a little bottle, but if a couple drops goes a long way i will def have to give it a try, especially since i use about 1/2 a crystal light mixer per bottle of water and keeping the other half from spilling until i refill my bottle is a pain, it definitely sounds more portable

I couldn't find it at Kroger. Is it where the Crystal Light is? Has anyone found it at a Kroger?

It was at a local store called ValuMarket here in Kentucky .. You might have to try a health food store if your local stores dont carry it..
