So, I just got a shipment of PB 2 and I was wondering if anyone here uses it?
If you do, what do you put it in? I was thinking it might be good in plain
oatmeal. Suggestions or thoughts?

I do, I love it. I mix it up with water to rehydrate it and put it on rice cakes, sandwiches, etc. I also have used it in smoothies and granitas. I'm going to try it in oatmeal the next time I have that - thanks!

I made a wonderful peanut sauce with it and some regular peanut butter, plus soy sauce, etc. It turned out great and is easy to fit into my cals for the day.
