because I remembered that last year when I needed a good swift kick in the pants, I got one here..
So I'm back.
Because I've been cheating.. it started out simple enough.. just a little cheat.. and then POOF .. cheating every day..my weight loss had been stalled and now it's creeping back UP! Because I got lazy and I lost faith in the fact that this is a healthy diet regardless of plateaus.
Also? I stopped eating enough veggies which is why I think I stopped losing.. nuts and cheese were my staples.. meh.
So, here I am.. looking for inspiration!
