Default Which is worse

Having over ate and that horrible feeling in your stomach but able to not eat for a few hours.

or

Having under ate and constantly feeling hungry and wanting to munch on anything and everything?

I don't know I can't figure out which feeling I hate the most.
Like yesterday and the day before I was hungry all day didn't get enough food in me which annoyed me and made me cranky. Today I had a sandwich, a pop and a chocolate bar for the **** of it because it was in front of my face and now I'm soo full.

I don't know which feeling is worse. Which one do you guys hate the most?

Deff overeating . As sick as it is, under eating makes me feel very much in control. I would rather skip lunch than eat something unhealthy.

Ishisnow - It's not even about eating unhealthy even though I did haha it's about over eating all together, healthy or unhealthy food.

How many cals do you get a day? If you're undereating constantly, should you maybe re-evaluate how much you allow yourself or what kinds of foods you're eating? One thing I do to beat the constant hunger I used to have was eating 5-6 smaller sized meals a day. I get my right amount of cals, and I never feel very hungry anymore except when it's already time to eat again.

That is hard. I hate that feeling of if you dont eat this second you will kill the next person who talks to you. But when I over eat I feel SO disgusting like I should be ashamed to look at myself in the mirror.

I don't count calories I just go with the flow, it's worked wonders throughout my whole weight loss journey. I tried counting calories for the month of feb and it was annoying and did nothing for me. I'm usually more hungry the week before pay because I have only a little bit of food for the week hence the under eating and always hungry. But I was more curious as to which people thought was worse.

Definitely that "stuffed" feeling. I get uber cranky when I haven't eaten as well but at least I can control whether or not I eat. I can't really control the too full feeling lol.

They're equally unpleasant. I've only ever been EXTREMELY hungry once, and that was terrible. Lately I've been struggling with binging, which is also terrible.

I actually really hate under eating. I mean, don't get me wrong, feeling over stuffed really sucks and makes me feel gross, but when that happens I just start working out and eventually I can make that feeling go away. Under eating just makes me feel weak and like I lack the usual energy that I need for the day.

This may not be the "right" answer. LOL
But I'd personally much rather undereat and be cranky... when I over eat I get so down on myself, and it leads me into making more bad decisions. So between the two evils, Id much rather not participate in overeating.

overeating is worse because in doing so i know my scale will retaliate in the morning with everything i ate the night before. so id rather my stomach be growling then be mad at the scale.. lol

Overeating, definitely. It gets me down about my weight loss and I get angry with myself. With undereating, I can always eat something else to get rid of the hunger. Like somebody already said, you can't control the too-full feeling!
