Still in there slugging.
My laptop has had to go for repair, so no DietPower to track on. I'm using the time to try and recover conscious eating, and doing quite well at it. I do have phases when I eat fewer calories by NOT tracking, and by eating intuitively; sometimes tracking makes me eat more than I want because the programme might say I have 200-300 calories left, so I DESERVE to eat them.
Main thing is, still trying.
Dogs still of variable health but doing quite well. Looking after the oldest one is still intensive but the intensity has become the norm, so I'm coping better.
Money still breathtakingly tight but coping.
Work has been intensive too recently - and yesterday I got an email that was so aggressive about my apparent failures as almost to count as hate mail. but I didn't eat chocolate!!
