Default Mini goal for March, 4 days to go

My mini goal for end of March isto get to 15stone , (im 3 or 4 lbs away atm )started diet on 12 march & if i reach 15stone i will have lost a Stone & a half.

Feel really motivated to shift those last few pounds over the next 4 days!

Come-on!!!!

Id like to then try to lose a Stone a month (at least for the next 3 months/3 stone) but unsure how realistic this is. On one hand i dont want to set myself upto fail, but i know me& i need to be "strict" & pushed, or it will all just not work.

Congrats on your progress so far! You are doing amazing and I hope you reach your goal for this month you are so close!

As for the losing 1 stone a month that might be a little extreme to say the least. The first month is always your biggest loss because your body also lets go of a little water weight and it's healthy to lose about 2 pounds a weeks so 8-10 pounds should be the max you aim for in a month. Keep in mind as well the closer you get to goal the harder it will be to lose...

thanks girlies.

I agree a stone May be a little extreme!& un-do-able, maybe i will aim for 2lbs a week (then any extra will be a bonus!)

Once i get to 13/12stone i know its going to slow down & get alot harder, im fairly "comfy"( & look resonable can get into a Uksize 14 etc) at 12stone,
My "plan" is then to keep at it, even if it takes till next march (year of dieting) to get back to 10stone a size 10
