Yeah, I do wake up pretty early, as I have a schedule for eating/exercising/ and taking care of my ferrets. I have significantly changed the way I was eating-instead of eating a crap ton throughout the day, I eat small lower calorie meals throughout the day and stick to my 1400-1500 calorie a day cap. I've done great so far, and am anxious to keep it up, but omg, I feel so tired! I used to relish staying up late, but I guess that is what change is about-I used to eat a lot when I was staying up too
