Default Weightloss attempt - Take 47 lol

Back on the wagon after falling off far too many times. My first mini-goal is to be 190lbs by my birthday week (May 9th). Seems reasonable according to my calculations. 2lbs a week.

I'm terrible at motivating myself LOL. I tell myself that I will wake up early to fit in 20-30 min of cardio and haven't been 100% successful. On a positive note, I've been eating healthy. 1500-1700 calories of non-processed foods a day.

Would anyone like to join me? Buddy up perhaps? I haven't tried to buddy up before, so I'm thinking it might give me that daily shove I need to get started and stay on track!

If you are eating right that means you are successful in way more than half the battle when it comes to losing weight! So kudos to you! And don't beat yourself up about not waking up at the crack of dawn to exercise.

Girl, please! I joined a gym that is open 24/7 and no matter how many times I have set my alarm to get there at 5am, it NEVER happened. Never. I'm an afterwork, before dinner, kinda gal. You just do it when you can and if you can't get motivated to do it in the morning then do it at night. I know you can do this!! And so do you!
