Holy Cow ladies! You guys have been busy. =)

Congrats Lady!

So I got my daughter on the bus and decided to get my exercise taken care of. I did 20 minutes of kickboxing and then I biked 11 miles. I'm ready for a nice hot shower, but first I went to get some water for the dogs, turn on the faucet and nothing comes out. Apparently our water main busted. I talked to a guy a bit ago and he said the water is going to be off for a while. So I've been sitting around feeling nasty. What a pain in the butt. =P

Hey guys!

So everyone in my office (I have an externship on Thursdays) wanted to walk to this hip "grilled cheese truck" that moves around downtown. I didn't want to be the party pooper so I joined in. I got gruyere on wheat... the bread was a good size but it wasn't SUPER loaded with cheese. What would yall estimate for the calorie count? The worst grilled cheese on My Plate was sonic's, so I'm putting that down for now....

Breakfast
Kashi Go Lean + Protein Power + Almond Milk = 310 cals

Lunch
Grilled Cheese + Apple - 440 + 80 = 520 cals

Plan for Dinner
Veggie Stir Fry + Egg Whites = 230 cals

... If I'm guessing right about the grilled cheese count, I have room for a protein shake or other snack, but I'm worried that 440 is an underestimate!

Took us 9 days to get through the first thread this month and only 6 days to get through the second! I think a weekly thread would be great! Kind of a new start every week! Had to catch up quickly. Got in 2 cardio workouts today, first was the 2 miles on the treadmill this morning and second was a 3 mile walk out in this beautiful weather we are having today! All showered up and getting ready to head off to my hair appt. I am super excited about getting my hair done! I have put it off for way too long. It takes about 2 1/2hours to get my hair foiled though, I have a lot of hair, and my butt starts to go numb sitting in that chair. Also, I am tall and my hairdresser is short so I scrunch down in the chair for her most of the time. It will be worth it when it is done.

Lady, congrats on the 30 pounds gone mark! I think what you are noticing in public is that attitudes are contagious and yours has been fantastic!

DianaLa, another 2 gone,

Catch the rest of you later! Sunshine puts me in such a good mood!!!

Thanks Berry, Diana, Kim, Stacy, Lauren and Jo for the congrats! I feel really excited... to keep on truckin'!!

LLBold, sorry.. I'm terrible at estimating calories in restaurant food. I'm sure it wasn't too bad. I guess for a round about figure you could estimate the cheese.. like 2-3oz. of gruyere and look that up and same with the bread.

Jo, thanks for that amazing compliment! I guess that could be true.. I don't walk with my head down anymore trying to avoid "the look".

Well, here's my comparison pics.
