I started IP yesterday and read through all of the stickies and most of peoples posts from 2010 to learn about this diet. Someone posted a spreadsheet full of incredibly useful information comparing various supplements to IP products -I don't think it was a pdf as I searched all the attachments on the stickies. After 2hrs of looking, I can't find it again. Anyone know where it is?
