Default this might be stupid

but do you HAVE to work out (everyday/at all) to lose weight on WW?

Im feeling mentally lazy about it right now... but i do it. I even did it today, i did 44 mins of Turbo Jam cardio party mix 1... but i feel guilty for not working out again, like that 44 minutes weren't enough, and i need to do more

You don't have to workout everyday to lose weight but it's a good idea to get some sort of activity in 2 to 3 days per week. I workout 5 days a week, sometimes twice a day but I do it because I feel awesome mentally after a great run or Zumba Class! The key is finding something you enjoy doing, for me it's Zumba =D

I like a few but when im like this (lazy - lol) im, bored. But i still do it (like i have)... i just yused to work out 6-7 days a week, weight train, cardio.. intervals walking... it took me about 2 months to burn out. Im having a lazy day... but i worked out - hard. i do the higher intensity if i can, if i have to push myself. But its good, cos today, i need my activity points.. even just for a cup of milk

Exercise is hard to commit to, so you have to find something you love. I know people that have lost weight with WW with minimum exercise, but this superficial fitness. You look great on the outside, but exercise has so many benefits to help us age easier and deal with illness and disease. I still hate exercise, but I love the high I get after I do it. The good feeling follows me all day, and I have more energy than I did before. If anything, exercise will help with that mental exhaustion you described and push you to feel more energized.

Should you exercise-yes, is it possible to lose with minimal exercise-yes

I don't do nearly as much exercise as I should and I do it sporadically...and I am down almost 50 pounds since mid-September...but I am sure it could have been more if I exercised more frequently.

I've been laid up with a bum knee for the last 10 days -- spent more time in the a chair with my leg up than anywhere else. I've still lost weight.

I lose weight faster when I don't exercise as much. Which is hard, because I like to do my yoga and hike. But you can definitely lose weight with little to no exercise. The calories make much more of a difference.

I am definitely not a huge fan of exercise! My main source of exercise is walking. I try to walk 4-5 miles a week around my neighborhood. I also make sure to always use the stairs at work and I park in the back of the parking lot when I go out. However, I find that I still lose 1-2 lbs a week as long as I am vigilant about counting my points. I'm planning to attempt 30 day shred again, so I guess I'll see if my weight loss is more or less when I am doing a more vigorous workout.

I find that when i do workout, and i get in the mood for it (months on end sometimes) i overdo it... and i know im overdoing it, but i continue until im just dead tired - i am however finding (even just 3 days in) that WW is making me feel fuller MUCH LONGER, and im not crashing at 2-3pm anymore (used to sometimes nap here - but i also have a baby so.. thats my excuse lol)
