Default Feeling good about this... is it from confidence? poise? Or because I look better?
Ok... I'm only 5 lbs down. I started my weight loss journey (again) four weeks ago. It's not like I've lost a ton of weight... but I guess overall... I've been feeling better (still have a sense of depression and exhaustion hanging over me... but I'm not covering myself up in sweatshirts and baggy jeans all the time).

Anyways... in the past few days... more and more guys have been smiling at me, talking to me, etc. It's so weird... I mean... I'm used to being completely ignored... not noticed...



Looking forward to losing more and gaining more confidence and seeing where it takes me.

Haha... Thanks. I just want to clarify that I'm not thinking about it as a romantic "omg!!! He looked at me!!!! We're destined to spend forever together!!!"

But... While I dont like being the center of attention... It IS nice to be noticed.

Amazing what effect eating good healthy food can do for you.
I find that I feel really more energetic and well when I leave out the junk.

I never felt sexier in my LIFE than when I had lost my first 5-10 lbs. I wanted to parade it all out there and scream from the rooftops "HEY WORLD I'M GETTING HOT, LOOK HOW HOT I AM!"

Savor the feeling! It's a wonderful, incredible way to be. Savor every moment of it.
