First Month of Dieting DONE!
Hey guys - first month of hardcore dieting is done! Normally, I'd have given up by now, so I'm super happy (and 13 lbs lighter).
This week I've begun my exercise routine. It includes jogging, walking 30-60 mins a day and some yoga/stretching. My lil nephew is helping me by saying, "so u know u shud up your goal every week right." He's going to keep me on track I know it.
I was expecting rapid weight loss, but now I just want to stick to it and get it done - no matter how long it takes.
