Hi! So I just got my boyfriend the new XBOX with the Kinect the other day. We started playing the game that came with it for the Kinect and it was wearing me out!! The next day I woke up and my whole body was sore! So today I was going to play it again, and I saw a little option to try demos for the other games. So I clicked on Dance Central. I figured it would be like Just Dance for the Wii. NOPE! Completely different!! It kicked my butt!! It can sense your entire body, not just your one arm. But it breaks down the moves for you and makes you try each one over and over. There's easy, medium, and hard levels for each song. And let me tell you... hard is HARD!! I kept working on it until I could finally do it and once I got it, I realized I was completely out of breath and wayyy sweaty lol. Well I had so much fun playing the demo that I bought the game! Can't wait til it comes in lol. I'm done with these 2 songs in the demo.

So to sum it up... Comparing this game to Just Dance for the Wii.... This game is a better workout, a little different, with harder moves (if you choose harder levels). Woo!!

I got the kinect and have been using it for weight loss purposes as well. Right now I've been playing Your Shape: Fitness Evolved and it's really been kicking my butt! It also has a lot of fun classes on the side, like Yoga and boxing that, for me, makes you forget you're even working out for the sake of working out.

I tried Dance Central, but I couldn't really get into it because of the type of music and dancing they used. But, hey! I'm glad it's working out for you.
