I had started walking and using my pedometer to track miles.. I walked 1 mile today=2489 and my goal is 2 miles a day for starter...and build up. It gives me motivated and siked!!
Anyone using a pedometer on tracking miles? Maybe we can cheer end of the day of our walking regimen...Just a thought.
I use a pedometer as well, I got it just the other week. I love using it, it really shows me where I have been going wrong.
