Hi,
First off, congratulations on your weight loss! That's fantastic!!
I go to WW too. I started going in Sept., which is my 4th try at this WOE. I have vowed that this will be my last! I needed to lose about 35 - 40 lb., and I've already gotten 12 of those lb. off. I would love to chat with you and share ideas. Looking forward to "talking" with you. Take care. Aleka

I am also a WW member. I lost 60+ 2 years ago, but thanks to pregnancy, laziness, and not going to meetings, I am at it again!
I have lost 15 so far, and have about35 or so to go.
Thats great that you stopped yourself before you gained more back- that seems to be the key! I gained about 15 back, rejoined WW, then found out I was expecting! It sure would have been easier to lose 15 than 50!!!
I would love to chat and here how things are going for you!

so you are up to 37lbs now, crycket? that is awesome! how long have you been in the program?
Do you find it hard now, relosing the weight you already lost once? I do! It still feels good, but I shouldn't have gained so much of it back in the first place!!
I weigh in tonight- keep your fingers crossed for me!
Hope you have a good day!
Tara
