Sooo... TOM is looming, should be here tomorrow or the 3rd.. Its still no excuse! I thought okay some kettlecorn won't hurt... Until I added in pretzel m&ms and reese pieces. Mind you, this was AFTER killing myself almost with nonstop taebo for fifty minutes pouring sweat! I didn't eat a whole box but still. So, I made myself pay for that unhealthy choice! I just finished another 30 minutes of nonstop TB. Ugh that's it I'm throwing away the junk food.... Lesson LEARNED!

Can anyone relate? If not, thanks for listening to my rant !

It's one day. You did it - it's over with. Now, get back up & do what you need to do. You may be up tomorrow, but you'll lose it fast. Drink water, eat right & exercise. Food happens - once in a while is no big deal. Now, it's a matter of not letting it snowball. You are a HUGE inspiration to me, girl! You got this!
