Yes it is a lot and there are no veggies or fruit, oh and no food. I don't know I'm just not a fan of processed meal replacements and Muscle Milk is not a meal replacement, it's a pre/post workout shake, and not a good one at that.
I understand completely how easy those can be, and in a pinch, ok, but really it's important how to learn preplan meals and find meals that are easy for you and mobile if necessary. There are tons of great examples in lots of posts on this site.
If you must have the convenience of premade, try some kashi entrees.
