Total cals = 320. 32g protein, 16g fat , 17g carbs and 35% of all the vitamins I need in a day.

I really like how easy it is to grab one of these before leaving the house and it really fills me up. But 16g fat is a lot, right?

Yes it is a lot and there are no veggies or fruit, oh and no food. I don't know I'm just not a fan of processed meal replacements and Muscle Milk is not a meal replacement, it's a pre/post workout shake, and not a good one at that.

I understand completely how easy those can be, and in a pinch, ok, but really it's important how to learn preplan meals and find meals that are easy for you and mobile if necessary. There are tons of great examples in lots of posts on this site.

If you must have the convenience of premade, try some kashi entrees.
