plateau! + a question for ww'ers.
OMG its two weeks and i've been at the same place. it was tom, but tom was gone last week so this is just a plain old plateau. This is when i usually feel like giving up (a month in), and i'm trying to just commit to staying on plan and not thinking about the scale not moving, but i'll be darned, i wanted to be skinny by now!
i've been dreaming about what it will be like to finally be thin!
how long was your longest plateau? wwers- is it possible to do the "wendie plan" on points plus? how does the wendie plan work? i've been eating my 29 points a day, some days eating 3 or 4 over, but not really using many of my weekly/activity points. should i be eating more?
