Has anyone has success exercising with a weighted hula hoop? If so, do you have one that you would recommend? I want something fun for exercise. I've been doing cardio and recently started Zumba. I know I look ridiculous with the zumba but i love it and I was reading on one of the forums for Zumba and someone suggested getting a weighted hula hoop to use help tone your waist line faster.
It is fun cuz u can do it while u watch TV and its not hard. I got mine at amazon. And if u are new to this u will get bruises from hula hooping so start out slow,5 min the first week then 10 min second week and so on. I like doing 30 min. Good Luck
