have been off plan this week. Am afraid to step on the scale tomorrow, but will do it anyhow. I am cooking today to be able to get started tomorrow and be able to stick to plan during the week even if things get busy.
Will be visiting quite a bit in the next couple of weeks.

Hi Fatmad! I was off a bit this past week too due to tummy issues. I am back on plan 100% today!

I know how you feel. I've been really depressed and practically living off of sugar-free candy with hardly any water or vegetables. I'm maintaining right now and still weighing every day but I need to get back into hardcore weight loss mode.

the scale wasn't as bad as I feared, I am out of the habit of overeating I guess. So even with off plan foods, I didn't overeat. I "cheated" eating oatmeal with breakfast yesterday, and lots of fruit. Had mashed potatoes with my supper the night before. Have had some whole grain cereals for breakfast. My big cheat was a lot of chocolate, and not sugar free. Once I go off, the cravings begin, yesterday I had some cheesy popcorn.
It will get worse if I don't nip it in the bud. Had some custard for breakfast this am, packed some lean roast pork, coleslaw and veggies for dipping in a low carb dip for my lunch.
Planning for yoga tonight. have a good day chickies.
