the scale wasn't as bad as I feared, I am out of the habit of overeating I guess. So even with off plan foods, I didn't overeat. I "cheated" eating oatmeal with breakfast yesterday, and lots of fruit. Had mashed potatoes with my supper the night before. Have had some whole grain cereals for breakfast. My big cheat was a lot of chocolate, and not sugar free. Once I go off, the cravings begin, yesterday I had some cheesy popcorn.
It will get worse if I don't nip it in the bud. Had some custard for breakfast this am, packed some lean roast pork, coleslaw and veggies for dipping in a low carb dip for my lunch.
