Talking Yay 11 pounds down in 3.5 weeks.
Ive been doing the Beach and im so excited that i have lost 11 pounds in 3.5 weeks..I feel like my hard work and my lack of cheating is totally paying off....I started at 292 and im down to 281 and im really excited to keep moving as it is my next goal to get out of the 280's..Yay!

How friggin' awesome is that!! I, too, have made strides in the beginning of my diet. 12 lbs lost in two weeks. I can't wait to weigh in on Saturday to see how much more I've lost!
