Talking My shoulders are too small!

Anyone else with this problem?

My shoulders are too small for the inclined leg press and for the calf raise machine! LOL! This from the girl who always thought of herself as a line backer. I'm going to have to experiment with my towel or something because the pads are are barely nipping my shoulders which isn't comfortable. On the inclined leg press I have to actually use my hands to help myself out.

I'm prety sure there is a way you can adjust the height on machines. Read the instructions for it.

There is, and it's not the height, it's the width. My shoulders almost slip right through. In fact they're sore as the day has gone on because of where they hit. It was more skin pushing up on them than bone and the bone that did hit was very little.

Squat rack...perhaps? Waaaay more effective than the incline press anyways IMHO!

Oh yeah, squat rack for sure. Otherwise, squats or step ups with hand weights, or deadlifts.
