Ok, I didn't really believe everyone when they said weight comes off in whooshes but it did this morning. I weighed in on Friday at 168.6 (a week's loss of 0.8lbs after eating right and working out, so frustrating at best) but it was after a Thursday night client dinner where, even though I picked the most healthy thing on the Italian menu (other than a pathetic side-salad) and ate half of the ginormous portion, it was full of salt. So I thought I would weigh in today- 166.2!!!!!
I am *this* close to my first 10lbs off and my first reward (a Swarovski braclet I've been eyeing for 6 months).
