Default Personal Victory
I have a mini-victory I want, no, need, to share. I got up at 5:30 this morning to work out since I knew I wouldn't be home until late this evening.

5:30. As in AM.

To put that into perspective for you (crazy) morning folks, the only thing in this world I love more than ice cream is sleep, so giving up 45 minutes of it is huge. HUGE. I don't know that I have ever, ever willingly gotten up a minute earlier than absolutely necessary.

Welcome to the morning club! I get up at 4:30 am 3xs a week because if I didn't the exercise wouldn't get done. Good for you!
