I DO!
I do it once every week or sometimes I skip a week (cuz I'm just not craving or hungry for it). By allowing myself a "CHEAT MEAL" once per week, this has not only been good for me mentally but also has helped my fat loss efforts.
My usually cheat meals are generally pretty calorie dense (about 525-800 calories) and my daily calories usually total 2,000-2,200 on that day. My normal calorie range is 1500-1600 cal/day. A good time to plan your cheat meal is during your PMS week.
I usually choose the following foods for my cheat meal: (yours may vary!
)
Jamaican curry chicken, peas and rice, cabbage - take-out
Chinese food - fried chicken wing with brocolli & chicken or beef over white rice - take-out
Pizza - DiGornio 3 Meat Pizza (frozen isle at grocery store) THE BEST PIZZA EVERRRRR!!! (3 slices..YUM!

I've been doing this since September 6, 2010 and have lost 44 lbs in this time period. IT WORKS...period!
OH and one last thing...my weight loss has NEVER stalled...EVER!!!
Keep in mind...I eat like this whenever my body tells me I need to (which is on average about once every other week...but can be back to back weeks as well.
