Default After a month of not weighing...

I'm down a pound and a half! Woohoo!!! Considering it's also TOM for me I won't be surprised if the loss is even more than that.

1.5 lbs may not be a lot, but it makes me happy that my eating plan is something I can stick to without the scale for a guide. And I'm glad I took a month of from weighing to focus just on nutrition and more muscle toning.

Here's the link to the thread yesterday (for anyone who missed it): http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/20-s...w-big-day.html

Congrats! Considering muscle weighs more than fat and the fact that you're so close to goal, 1.5 pounds is a lot! Its always harder to lose weight when you have less to lose because its more percent of you body fat. Way to go! I'm impressed by your resolve..I had to leave my scale behind to stop stepping on it! Lol.

Thats wonderful congrats! As we all know, muscle weighs more then fat.. so that means you most likely lost a lot more fat then you realize.

Keep up the amazing work!

Good for you!!! I weighed in today for the first time in a month too, and I am... exactly the same weight.

But, I am down several inches on my thighs and hips, so I'm counting that as a win
