Default hooping points?

I'm not sure how to figure these? I use a 3 lb weighted hoop and I'm sure that makes a difference. I've been using the Wii Fit hoop number. I don't eat my activity points but I do like to see them add up

I would go by the chart WW has on "perceived rate of exertion." Are you sweating, breathing heavily, unable to talk for more than a few words? Or breathing deeply, somewhat sweating, able to talk but not sing? Or not sweating, able to talk and sing?
