I'm at 222. Lame. Up two lbs from last week. Although, I am only two weeks into my lifestyle change and added exercise this week so I'm hoping (FINGERS CROSSED) that it's just extra water weight from my body needing to repair itself.

!76 and some change. My goal is 140 so that isn't bad. I have been gaining a pound one way or the other for the past couple of days. It has been a struggle not to skip a few meals so I can get that gone, but I won't do that. That won't help in the long run!
