Hey everyone! I am 17 years old and looking for a diet buddy/weightloss buddy whatever you want to call it. I am trying to follow the south beach diet because i lost a lot of weight on it 2 years ago, but I don't care if you dont follow the same plan i will still help you out! I have battled with food my whole life, and the past couple years I have put on even more weight. So now at my hightest weight ever 180 I need to stay focused. Im a senior and I want to get back down to 120 by graduation, but I deffinately want to have a lot off by senior trip, spring break, ect. So if anyone would be interested in being diet buddys i promise i will help keep you motivated just the same! Thanks so much!!
