Hi,

Ever have one of those days where nothing about yourself felt right? Your hair looks horrible ( I had a bad haircut four weeks ago, and am trying to either grow it out or get more cut) clothes feel tight (PMS ) and uncomfortable, make up does nothing for you, etc., etc, etc.....fell off the healthy eating wagon since Monday and am disgusted with myself. Trying to stay off the scale til I have a few on program days. Having Thanksgiving tomorrow will not help with getting back on the wagon.

Sigh-

Sorry to moan-it's just one of those days where I feel so unattractive. Went out earlier ( luckily took off work today) and felt like most every woman I saw was thinner and prettier..

Oh, well, hopefully I'll feel better tomorrow.

I didn't shower today. If I don't shower, nothing goes right.

We all have those days, especially when we aren't on our food plan very well. I know when I go off I feel lethargic, grouchy, bloaty AND on top of that - having PMS its even worse. Sending you a hug and to know that it WILL get better. I have been there too many times to count. Just take a nice hot shower, make yourself a cup of hot tea, think of all the wonderful blessings you have and maybe things will feel a little better. We are all in this together!!!

I hate those days, usually I'm wearing something I wouldn't be caught dead in and some mall brat gives me that "look." Thank goodness it's not always like that.
