Default Chicken tenderloins

I'm new to WW. And haven't had a chance to grab a food scale. Could anyone tell me how many chicken tenderloins I should be cooking as a 'serving' and how many points that would be?

Tenderloins vary in their weight so we would have no way to tell you. A portion that would equal the palm of your hand and be about 1/2 inch thick would be 3 points. That's 3-4 ounces.

I have switched to chicken breast. But when I ate tenderloin, it was usually 3 pieces
