tonight I made a fave of everyone - the spagetti squash casserole. I tracked points because that is what I am doing now. Besides the spagetti squash itself and mushrooms (which are no points), here is what I added that has point values:
1 cup part skim mozzarella cheese - 6 pp
1/2 cup parmesan - 6 pp
1/2 cup store bought marinara - 2pp
1 tbsp. pesto sauce - 2 pp
1 egg (mixed with the squash to form the crust) - 2pp
10 slices salami (took all the counts from the package - the slices were small and thin) - 6

total for the whole recipe: 24
divide by however many servings you serve up

I know - this is such a 'go to' recipe for me and I love that it's full of veggies and really satisfies a pizza craving for me.

Mmckellen: thanks for sharing. I was trying to get the right taste mentally as I read the ingredients. So it has a good pizza like flavor? Yummy!
