As of yesterday I'm down 100 pounds ! I can't believe it! 26 more pounds to go - that seems like nothing now, although it is getting harder to lose weight. I am exercising 6 days a week now for at least 60 minutes, mostly Cathe Friedrich DVDs, and have added running a few times a week when it's not wayy too cold which isn't often. I'm almost up to 2 miles without stopping. I want to run a 5k on Mother's Day with my daughter. I feel better and am in better shape than I was before I had my last daughter (10 years ago)!
