Cool P90X in 2011 BRING IT!

This is the new P90X support and discussion thread for 2011! I've finally got my pullup bar set up and I've got weights and I am ready to go!

So feel free to join me! Everyone is

I will be following the classic schedule and replacing all cardio workouts with Insanity, Turbo Fire, running, or Step Aerobics (plus doing more cardio than the schedule. probably 6 days a week.) And since I am practicing to become a yoga instructor, I will also not be doing the yoga x dvd. I've also got the p90x results and recovery formula so I am anxious to try that and see how it helps!

I will be starting tomorrow, Wednesday January 12th with Chest and Back, Ab ripper X, and Turbo Fire 55 EZ.

Feel free to jump in whenever you are ready! I will be posting my workouts every day for accountability. Hopefully more people will join me!

LETS PUSH PLAY AND BRING IT IN 2011!

I'm in, I'm In!!!

I'll start on Monday, also with classic schedule. I'm going to stick with the program (for week or two) to see how cardio workouts work for me.

EveLHaelf, don't forget take the before pics. It will be great to see how marvellous you become in 90 days

Good Luck!

I just finished the P90X lean program about a week ago. I actually loved the yoga workout! I followed the complete program and lost about 10 pounds and 2 more inches in those 90 days and toned up a lot and gained so much strength and flexibility. The program is really awesome and I will still use some of the workouts throughout my regular routine

Welcome, Moyca! So glad to have a partner in crime, lol! Thanks for reminding me to take before pics. I will do that right now before I get started on my first workout.

Ashley, Those are some fantastic results! I hope I do as well as you!

Alright, no more procrastination. Getting them pics taken and then I'm pushing PLAY!

Ashley, great results!
You lift up my motivation. I hardly wait for inches drop.

Did you follow diet plan? I'm not a big fan of diets. Usually I just try eat healthy (no junk, low carb). Do you think will this be enough?

iamnotrockabilly- Congrats on starting week 3! That's dedication!

WOOOOH! Finished Chest&Back and Ab ripper X. This one is tough but I felt so accomplished after I finished. Then I did TurboFire 55 EZ. I'm feeling pretty good. I can't wait to see how sore I feel tomorrow!

I am SORE today! But I love it.

Day two complete! Today was "plyometrics" So I popped in Insanity's Max Interval Circuit. One hour of craziness. Also going to be doing my 1 hour of yoga practice later on today.

Still going strong!

Day 4 complete! Today's schedule was Yoga so I did my yoga practicing instead of the yoga x dvd. Before that I went to the gym and had an awesome Group Step aerobics class. Feeling good!

Moyca-can't wait for you to join me!

iamnotrockabilly- Hope your third week is going great!

Hi!
Yesterday I did my first P90x in my life!! Chest and back. Whoo! I've thought I'm strong when I finished CX but I was wrong. Totally wrong!! I could done none pull ups (only the lazy version with bands) and half of push ups on my knees. I'm so weak My goal for next week is at least one pull up!!

Feeling great today although I'm sooo sore
I have Plyometrics today but I did only half of workout cause it was a little boring. I did Turbo fire 55 instead. And Namaste yoga for cool down/stretching. Nice workouts!
I'm all excited for tomorrow
