This is the new P90X support and discussion thread for 2011! I've finally got my pullup bar set up and I've got weights and I am ready to go!
So feel free to join me! Everyone is
I will be following the classic schedule and replacing all cardio workouts with Insanity, Turbo Fire, running, or Step Aerobics (plus doing more cardio than the schedule. probably 6 days a week.) And since I am practicing to become a yoga instructor, I will also not be doing the yoga x dvd.
I've also got the p90x results and recovery formula so I am anxious to try that and see how it helps!
I will be starting tomorrow, Wednesday January 12th with Chest and Back, Ab ripper X, and Turbo Fire 55 EZ.
Feel free to jump in whenever you are ready! I will be posting my workouts every day for accountability. Hopefully more people will join me!
