Default Don't stay idle

Why don't you focus your attention on different projects at home. Do some house cleaning, redecorate, etc. Keep your mind off of food! Take a long walk inside a mall. Find something to do!!

UGH!! Weekends are the hardest for me too! I'm considering offering myself up for everyone's weekend shifts just to keep me in a scheduled routine and busy! well....maybe not but I'd like to!

Just keep busy and keep Monday morning on our mind I guess!

Don't just cross your fingers - Plan your meals. Plan your activities, lot of extra time to move!

Roast a chicken, make some meals for the week, go for a 2 hour walk in the woods (or the mall.) Take a yoga class.

If I took weekends off of WW, I'd be right back where I started!

An eating plan isn't sustainable if it's something you "stick to" and "slack off of." Figure out a way to make it work all week long. Maybe juggling your calories to allow for more on weekends, while still maintaining the same weekly intake?

Weekends are a disruption in my routine too, and we are mostly likely to eat out on a weekend and it's tempting to go off plan when that happens.

Just remember all the work you did all week and how much it would stink to erase it in one swoop. Drink your water, keep busy, and you will be fine!
