Default A Good On Plan Day

I didn't lose any weight this past week, so I'm just trying to make some small tweaks to the plan. I feel like I had a good day today, even though I had to go out to lunch and got home late for dinner (which used to mean eating everything in sight.)

Breakfast: my pumpkin oats & coffee. (4)

Lunch: 1/2 soup and 1/2 sandwich at Panera. (13)

Snack: cheese (2)

Dinner: 2 eggs, oils, mushrooms, collards, onion omelet. Beer. Cheese. Banana, 2 clementines and an apple. (13)

Banana was my predinner snack since I was very hungry when I first got home, then the others were my dessert.

I ate 30 points today and feel satisfied and good. Dinner was so filling and I didn't die without rice!

Random Question - what soup/sandwich did you have at Panera?

I was too lazy to type it last night...
Chicken noodle and the Mediterranean Veggie. Their nutritional info is on line so I figured out before I went what I wanted & how many points it was.

Awesome. I love Panera, but I started shying away from it when I was calorie counting because the sodium is SO high.
