You guys, I've entered one-derland. I had my second weigh-in today (I'm still on the blue menu) but I've dropped 6.5 lbs since I started, 2 of which were from preconditioning. Just the thrill of seeing the first number of my weight be a one and not a two is enough to keep me motivated for a long, long time!
Okay, I realize I wasn't too far into the 200s, but I'm still excited
Thanks so much to all of you! I know that it's only a few pounds, but I figured I should celebrate every little milestone. This one feels like such a huge accomplishment since I've got one of those old hospital scales where the bottom weight can sit either on 150 or 200. I don't get to move that bottom weight very often (if ever), but this week I did Now I'm excited to watch the top weight slide backward!
You guys are so inspirational! Thanks for all you do and all the encouragement!
