Question Sensitive Topic - Eating Disorders

Okay I checked the forum rules and I didn't see anything posted so I hope this doesn't get me in trouble!

I just wanted to know if there is a particular forum or thread regarding eating disorders?? A/B/EDNOS, etc. (Yes, I have browsed the OA pages). I did a search at the top for keywords but my search results only showed a mention of the words here or there in various other threads...

I'm not sure if the topic if off limits on 3FC or if you're all just better well adjusted than I am

Anywho, if anyone has a suggestion, I'd greatly appreciate it

T.

No worries. There are, I have seen them. I will try to find them again but maybe someone will chime in.

I'm sure there are. As a former sufferer of Bulimia, my biggest piece of advice regarding trying to lose "recovery" weight. [atleast that's what mine was] is to take some time after recovery to absolutely get your mind right. The minute the urges come up, take some time off and get your mind right again. Good luck! Its tough but doable.

Oh yes, I've been "cycle" free for five years June 7th. Sometimes thoughts creep up, but I'd rather be heavier than go through any of the torture I went through with my bulimia.
