I can kinda see it...but it certainly doesn't look like 92 lbs.
So, today I was taking my progress pictures, like I do every 20 lbs lost. Then I pull them up on my computer and stare at them for a while to see if I can actually tell that I have lost weight. Well today I was hoping to see a huge difference because I have felt the difference more lately since the last photo shoot. As you you can see from my ticket, I started at 350, and a tight size 3x tops and 28 bottoms. I am now at 241, XL-XXL tops, 18-20 bottoms.
I copied two of my pictures below. I only have a picture from 333, not 350 but close enough right? While I can definitely see a difference in my face, neck, and upper torso, my upper arms and thighs look just as big as they did at 333. I don't see how I could have lost 92 lbs from my face neck and upper torso. It just doesn't look like I have lost 110 lbs. When is it going to start being completely obvious?!?! Maybe I am just having a bad day, but this is really getting to me that I have been working at this so hard for 2 years and I still don't look anywhere near where I want to be.
No way. It's really obvious. Your belly is a lot smaller, and your arms ARE smaller. Compare your forearms! You have your arms by your sides in the first pic and up in the second, so you can't compare them like that.
Wow, though. You look FANTASTIC!
FTR, I have trouble seeing any difference in myself from about 60 pounds ago, but my MIL was in shock when she saw me at the airport a couple weeks ago.
Don't worry, I lost most of my fat on my stomach and barely anything everywhere else -especially on my thighs which is the area I hate the most!!! That is 42lbs with not much of a visual difference.
I think the last half will be a lot more noticeable and same for you.
I totally see it!! Just in your face/neck alone. Not counting your arms, belly, sides etc. You look fantastic! You look like youre getting your shape back. Keep it up!
I can definitely see the difference. Aside from looking smaller "all over", you're starting to get some collarbones and your arms are looking rather toned. Also, your skin looks great!
From the outside, looking at these photos, I can definitely see a difference -- you can definitely see that you've gotten smaller. I'm also willing to bet you that a good amount of the weight was lost from within, around your organs and such, where it isn't quite as obvious on the photo, but you can feel it in terms of feeling more comfortable in your body, and you will experience it in a healthier, better quality of life going forward. I'm sure that both types of loss will continue... you've made a lot of progress over the past 2 years, and you will feel better and better overall as you continue. All the best to you!!! You've done really well!
It's very obvious! Like other posters have said your wrists and forearms are noticeably smaller, as are your knees, hips, stomach! You have collar bones showing!
Do you measure yourself? If you did then you would be able to see those inches going away!
Oh man, you can really see it - all over!! Your face, chin, neck, COLLAR BONES, and good gosh almighty - your tummy and your thighs are definitely many inches less! I also see a change in your attitude - look at you standing there kinda sassy and assertive!!
I heard a story about a paper towel roll is like losing weight. How removing one sheet isn't noticable because it comes off from all over. But remove ten and you can start to see a difference when you hold it up against a new roll. Remove another ten and you see a bigger difference from the new roll. And so on. The sheets are rolled on tighter as we get to the center of the roll and so one sheet is actually more noticable because it wraps around the roll twice.
Your sheets are going to start unrolling even faster now!
In addition to all the places already mentioned, which I totally agree with, I can see it in your hands, forearms, and ankles. Overall you've lost the puffy look. Great work!
