Well, with what was undoubtedly the MOST stressful month I have had in years, I managed to stick inbetween 176-178. I'm happy with that.
Shaun is off to Haiti, I have done all I can for the move, I have the balling rolling for school, even have some new at home fitness videos from the sweetest brother ever to start the year off right.
Except for TOM, who has some how returned this month . . . whats the deal with that?? Im expecting a gain tomorrow, boo.

Ok I'm in My at home weight in the am is always less than at my weekly weigh in's (I am following Weight Watchers) I will record my at home weights here.
