Im also new to the boards and have no clue how to private message, but im working on it.
What im doing starting today is useing a food diary, controling my intake, using some liquid protein, NO junk, NO sugar, No white carbs.
My body movement will be more then normal, gosh i would love to hit the gym, but im not sure about that yet.
