Default dreamfield pasta?? any thoughts

just curious as to what u all think about it i have used it im a doabetic it does work for me as far as keeping my blood sugars in check anyone else here use it? if so how many points per serving do u alot for it?

I use it sometimes....I like how it tastes, better than most of the whole wheat varieties I have tried. A serving size is 2oz dry...points+ value of 5. Same as regular pasta. But I would say if you find it doesn't spike your bloodsugars, and you like how it tastes, it is beneficial to you so keep on using it.

I had gestational diabetes when I was pregnant, and I almost wept tears of joy when I discovered Dreamfield's! I am really picky about pasta (my husband has tried in vain to get me to go whole wheat), and Dreamfield's tastes like regular pasta. It is a little pricier than the average brand, but well worth it, IMO.
