drastically reduce your sodium instake to 1500 mgs per day. You'll drop that water weight in a couple of days...tops!

if you take ANY artificial sweeteners or chew sugar free gum (or eat ANY sugar free products) CUT THEM OUT NOW! Couple days that lower abdominal distention will be GONE

Oh, and drink lots of water, dont eat salt, put lemon in your water, etc etc

Hmm? I've never heard this about gum- I eat alottt of sugar free gum & mints- but no sugar free sodas or anything... what does it do to cause you to be bloated?

Simple carbs will also cause you to be bloated. They cause the body to store 4g of water for every 1g of carb ingested. Some artificial sweeteners also have this effect.

RE; Sugarfree gum and mints-- Yes yes yes! These caused terrible bloating for me and I never realized it until I gave up artificial sweeteners. I also wasn't a big diet soda person-- but certs and extra sugar free gum-- bring it on!
With out them, my bloating and other gastrointestinal issues have disappeared.
Cut these out and see what happens!

Drink twice as much water as you think you should and don't eat salty/processed foods, you'll come right soon enough if you do that
