Today I weighed in and I'm officially HALF WAY TO MY GOAL!!

So far I've went from a pant size 12 to an 8 (6 in some!), lost 7 inches on my tummy, 3 inches on my hips...I feel awesome! I've went from being basically sedentary to working out at least 5 times per week, incorporating cardio, core workouts and strength training! I've went from eating whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted to having a NEW way of eating. I don't look at food the same way anymore.
