OK this could be a challenging day... here's my plan o action... I'm thinking of ya Myra... you too LM... KT... Melissa... Lala... Seasaw... who am I forgetting?

Morn - 4
cof, 1/2 bagel-3

Lunch - 7
biz lunch
grilled chicken salad? - 7

Dinner - 18 pts
Early Celebration dinner at Italian rest with hubby and stepson
drink -2, pasta - 2, shrimp-10 , bites of cake - 4

earned 2 activity points - think I'll use 'em

total 29 pts - 2 = 27
