I've been bad
Not bad because of eating off-plan foods, but just eating totally off plan. It's been 1.5-2 weeks. I really struggle with changes in routine and my little sister coming home for thanksgiving last week and my mom moving around the cooking utensils have really messed me up (I have a high-functioning form of autism and little changes can be really hard for me to emotionally manage).
I just need to write here to be accountable to climb back on the horse.
