Default Analysis of first week

I just finished my first week eating on the new program (got materials Sunday and recalculated everything I ate last Sat which is my day to start). I was also counting calories and nutritional info on MyPlate. I've also looked at it under what it would have been under old points. This week is different from most as I was sick for a few days and had little appetite so had a few days where I was really low in points.

I get 29 points under Points Plus and got 23 under the old program. PP in the below is Points Plus and P is the old Points

Sat - Ate 1189 Calories - 30 PP. 39.6 calories per point. P would have been 24.

Sun - Ate 1227 Calories - 30 PP. 40.9 calories per point. P would have been 30!

Mon - Ate 1196 Calories - 31 PP. 38.6 calories per point. P would have been 31.

Tues - Ate 890 Calories - 23 PP. 38.7 calories per point. P would have been 17.

Wed - Ate 804 Calories - 21 PP. 38.3 calories per point. P would have been 17.

Thurs - Ate 1060 Calories - 27 PP. 39.2 calories per point. P would have been 22.

Fri - Ate 1056 Calories - 28 PP. 37.7 calories per point. P would have been 22.

New Points averaged 39 calories per point. So 29 points would have roughly equaled 1131 calories for me (I included the calories for zero point foods in my calculation).

Old points would have averaged 48 calories per point for me last week. So 23 points would have roughly equaled 1104 calories for me.

Thank you for doing this - it was a lot of work!

I want to take some time to study it and maybe go back and do it with my journal.

I just wanted to say thanks!

It is interesting I have eaten 25 points so far today (and not really hungry at all)...they would have been 23 (my full daily points) on the old program. I still am just over 1000 calories even counting zero point stuff. So far I really like this program.
